For this product, the manufacturer offer's 12 months general warranty for manufacturing faults and defects including the solar panel, electronics and battery. 

The solar light string is covered with a 12-months standard warranty against any manufacturer’s fault.

We can only estimate the delivery dates as the shipping process is out of the direct control of the company. The delivery dates are provided at the time of placing an order and depend on multiple factors including the product, quantity, destination address and some other circumstances like unforeseen delays due to weather and other events that can affect the process. This product does not have a memory chip, so it remembers the selected colour as long as the battery has charge. Once the battery gets completely discharged, the settings reset and start from the default. 

What we may suggest is to select the timer (via the remote control) so it helps to preserve the battery charge. The way the timer works is: the light will automatically turn on at dusk, stay for the selected number of hours and turn off (otherwise, it would stay on till dawn or until the battery got discharged). The next day, the cycle will repeat. 

Some models (usually more advanced) have a memory chip.
