Thank you for your feedback regarding the product.
We are sorry to hear about the issue with what seems undepowered performance of the light. You should not wait for almost 12 months instead, contact us and report any concerns regarding the product we supplied. It does not look right that the light stays only a few hours... We can reconfirm that the light is able to stay on up to 7-12 hours with a full charge (depending on the lighting mode selected).
In most cases, the reason for the underperformance of the solar-powered lights is an undercharged battery. It may happen due to numerous factors, but most probably due to insufficient exposure to sunlight. To recharge the battery effectively the solar panel should be facing direct unshaded sunlight for at least 4-6hrs when the sun is at its peak is vital as it generates the most electricity to store in the battery. Any partial shade on the solar panel or overcast day will decrease the charging efficiency.
Please make sure the solar panel is facing direct unshaded sunlight throughout the day. also, we would suggest conducting the test when you turn the light off with the switch and let the product recharge for a couple of days, then turn it back on to check the performance

Battery life is no where near the advertised duration. I see around three hours of light from one connected light on low power.
Solar panel is small and cannot give the charge required even in summer and with only one light connected.
This unit has potential as the leads are a good length, light output is nice however it is let down by longevity. It really needs either a higher capacity battery or a better solar panel.
